Feng Tianyi went to find his mother the moment he heard that the Gu family had arrived. He already spotted Gu Yuyao along with his wife and children and after a short exchange of greetings, he came to see his mother and Elder Gu. 

"Grandpa Gu, I see you are here," he greeted Elder Gu who was seated across Song Huifen, enjoying the refreshments that were served to him earlier. 

"Hello, Tianyi. I just heard some good news today. Congratulations," the old man said, gesturing Feng Tianyi to the empty seat next to him. 

Feng Tianyi took a seat and poured himself a drink. He was tired of entertaining and greeting the VIP guests his mother had tonight. It would have been easier for him if Tang Moyu was by his side. But given her condition, he didn't dare to make her feel uncomfortable.
