Celina shook her head in disbelief. "You know, Eve, you aren't making me feel any calmer about now having any other robot rebellions in the future with a talk like this."
The two of them sat in the living room of Eve's house, sharing a cup of iced tea and latest news. Eve noted that Celina's hair grew long enough to cover her ears now. The woman's blue eyes shone with happiness, despite her earlier words. She sat with crossed legs on a chair opposite of Eve's, cradling her glass in her hands with a bright smile.
"It wouldn't happen. I made a lot, a LOT of safety measures," Eve said, feeling herself catching that infectious smile. "I see the married life treating you just as well as a week before. How's Xia?"
She will bring humanity to the new Golden Age, if they only let her. At the very least, she can bring herself there.
