Chapter 325: Howling 2

King Aldric's expression darkened when he saw the hundreds of Weres outside the grates of the palace. Werewolves, Werebears, Werelions, and even some Wereravens could be seen. While some already transformed into their Were form, others were in their human form yet had already donned some combat clothing.

They were armed and prepared.

"Your Majesty… it seems that the same thing happened in the northern part of the Kingdom," Minister of War, Isidore Drako said. His tone was as heavy as the current atmosphere.

The two were currently standing on the walls, watching the chaos unfold. The city below was ablaze, the flames casting an eerie glow across the night. King Aldric clenched his jaw, his gaze fixed on the approaching horde of Weres.

"They have been surrounded by hordes of Weres. Our previous assumption was right. The tribes are currently working together to overthrow your rule," Isidore continued.

The King's lips thinned.
