"Presently, we are only able to use the lamps in the major streets as we have no way of connecting them using wires. Each lamp bore one relic," Diana Shawl, a demon scientist, smiled shyly at Max as she handed him what looked like a lamp oil. "Turn it on," she pointed at a rectangular switch, still smiling.

In response, Max pressed the switch, and the lamp immediately lit up. "You have a relic inside?" he asked.

"Yes. We are using relics to light up these lamps. You have an option to turn it on or off. This is the newest product of the company."

Eve stared at the lamp, her eyes sparkling. In the past, she always used her magic to light up her laboratory or relic pearls that one could find in caves. This new advancement is very tempting to someone like her who wants to study and read books!
