"South?" Maximilian inquired as the carriage slowly moved away from the Eastern District. At present, their destination was one of Max's properties in the Demon Empire.

To arrive at this destination, they needed to traverse the Great Forest for a few days before finally entering Abaddon. The Demon Empire consisted of Demon Kingdoms, Districts, Villages, and towns. It had both humans and demons and even other races.

"Why would you lead him south?" he asked.

"Because the one who did it was only trying to divert attention from the south," Eve spoke. She had thought about this matter thoroughly. In the end, she was able to grasp one thing.

Everything happened too quickly; it was too chaotic. However, one thing made it more odd. Why was it that the events only happened in the north and in the capital? Why not in the south?
