Chapter 19: chapter 19

As soon as she left, Jessica and Alice entered looking excited

" hi sis" Alice said leaving herself on the bed " you haven't been out of your room since morning"

Jessica said picking up the plate with the chips and started eating

" you look tired are you okay?" Alice asked and I nodded " where did you two go to"

I asked them and none of them were ready to reply so I left them thinking about what Jasmine told me .

I was lost in thought and didn't notice when they sneaked out of my room with my phone thinking they were going to see any flirting messages on it.

Alice brought it back and left it on the table and went out of the room while I stayed in bed.

I slept off and later on woke up and my mom was already back from her trip.

" honey" my mom entered my room giving me a peck on my forehead.

" Mom" I said and hugged her expressing how much I missed her and she returned my hug.

" your grandma says hi" she said and stopped hugging me and we talked for sometime before she left my room and went to that of Alice's to talk to her also.

I took my phone and went through my emails and tomorrow was Monday and Jessica and I had some project to work on in the lab.

I took my hang bag and rearranged all the books I scattered in it

" Hey" I smiled to myself thinking it was jasper then I quickly turned to hug him then I realized it was Jasmine.

" oh sorry" she laughed at me and sat on the bed " it okay. You thought it's jasper"

she asked " yeah" I kept packing my books " preparing for tomorrow"

she asked and I nodded " well I might not go tomorrow" she said leaving herself on the bed " why" I asked her and she just nodded her head telling me she has no reason for it.

" I thought you needed company so I came around" she said and I smiled.

Being around Jasmine all the time was something I was getting use to and also felt comfortable with her cause she makes sure am okay and keeps me company when her brother is not around.

She slept on my bed with her eyes closed but she wasn't asleep.

I wondered what she's thinking about then she suddenly opened her eyes and look at me " Are you okay?"

I asked her " yeah just thinking about something" she said " And what's that"

" it nothing serious" she said and lay on the bed again then I decided to ask her about her family

" how are your parents doing" I asked her " they're okay.

I know you want to ask if they're just like us" then I nodded " yeah besides they gave birth to us" she said sounding happy .

" Do you guys eat our normal food" I asked her " No we live on blood but we trying to avoid taking in blood so we want to go by living on vegetables though we finding it difficult"

she answered " Do Jasper have a weak point" I asked trying to know something about him " Yeah and his weak point is you"

I became shocked the moment she said am Jasper's weak point.

" why me?" I asked her " cause you form part of him" she said sitting upright to face me.

" when you're in pain so do he and when he gets hurt you will feel it within you" she added then I kept quiet without saying anything to her.

" You thinking how come all this is happening?" she asked " Not really just a little bit surprised"

I replied her and place the bag on my table " Don't you think you should let your sister and Jessica know about you and jasper?"

" I will but don't know when" I replied " Leave that to me I will find time and tell them"

she said tapping me on my shoulder " thanks" I smiled at her and she smiled back at me " I have something for you"

she said placing her hand in her pocket and brought out a bracelet and tied it around my wrist .

" thanks" I said and stared at it.

It looks pretty on my hand and that was a gift Jasmine willing gave to me and l appreciate it a lot.

She stayed with me late into the night and l started missing jasper already cause I couldn't get time to talk to him the whole of today and I needed him by me so badly.
