Chapter 141: Chapter 141: Mist Realm

My usual route to the Mist realm would have carried me through a doorway from the mortal's domain into the Crosspath. In this particular hospital, that entry was through an innocuous and rather tiny broom closet, one I'd used on several occasions in the past. However, taking such an excursion was off the table at present, and though I didn't need to use the normal exodus, I still rather enjoyed and missed the opportunity to walk the green carpet, taking in the quiet embrace of the Crosspath as I went.
