Chapter 489: Reaper

Arabella realised too late that something had gone terribly wrong. She stepped away from Ariana, who was no longer breathing, her eyes widened as she yelled anxiously, "I –I have not done anything. She just fainted on her own." 

Damn it, this woman was truly sick? Arabella thought worriedly; she looked at Aiden, who had rushed over to where Ariana was lying and immediately started CPR.

"If she dies, I will make sure that you are locked up," Aiden glared at Arabella. This woman was the cause of this trouble; if she had listened to what he and Ari had to say, then things wouldn't have escalated to this point. 

He wanted to say something much worse, but Aiden dared not to in front of the officers. 

"I have done nothing wrong." Though Arabella was feeling guilty, she quickly denied the allegations imposed on her by Aiden. She couldn't be locked up in the prison.
