Chapter 1: Chapter one : The First Meeting
One morning Sophia woke up only to find out that her socks were missing she searched everywhere but could not find it she then decided that she would look for it after getting dressed up so she went to the hostel hall for morning prayers she then took her bathe and dressed up then she began to look for it again.
while she was searching for it a girl approached her.
". Hey what are you looking for? " asked the girl.
" Hello I am looking for my socks " anwered Sophia
"where did you put them? " asked the girl
" I putted them in my locker " answered Sophia
" perhaps it has been stolen, but don't worry I can lend you mine If you don't mind " said the girl
" Yeah I don't mind " answered Sophia.
". Alright " replied the girl she then moved towards her locker and brought out a pair of new socks she then handed it over to Sophia.
" thanks. " Sophia said while putting on the socks.
"By the way may I know the name of my saviour " Sophia asked
" of course you can , I am Serena a transfer student and we are room mates " she replied softly
" But why haven't I noticed you " Sophia asked
" Actually I moved in yesterday evening perhaps you were asleep then answered Serena.
Meanwhile the house prefect who came to check the room saw them there and was surprised as it was 7:30am which was considered late as they still had to board a bus to school.
" what are you girls still doing here don't you realize that the last bus is about to leave " she said
"We are sorry ma said Sophia and Serena as they carried their bags and ran out of the room.
Fortunately for them when they got to the park the bus was just about to move.
They boarded it and sat down in the middle row and started chatting.
" Thanks again for the socks I don't know what I would have done, because without the socks the prefects won't let me in the school " Sophia said
" Don't mention I just did what I had to at that time " Serena said.
And then they journeyed in silence till they reached their school.
Each of them Deep In their own thoughts.
