Seems readable now. I remember it was quite different when I came across this last week. A good change at least. The story's interesting. Gone are obnoxious young lads! Looking forward for future chapters.
Decided to give this story a try since the reviews seemed to be mixed. It doesn't seem too bad despite the questionable characters at times and the translation itself is readable, even though the style leaves something to be desired. However, I do think it deserves more credit than most of the negative comments would suggest.
The cryptic undertone makes the story interesting. But I have to agree, translation from Chinese fantasy to English makes it much more challenging. Overall a good book to pick up! Hope future chapters gets better!!! To be honest, I saw the harem coming from a mile away
was initially a bit hesitant to check this out based on previous reviews, but it didnโt seem as choppy as I expected when I started reading it. the novel seems interesting and will continue to follow this.
Having read halfway through 60 chapters of this novel, I would like to say that it is really an interesting one... However, the author's way of writing it is making the story line way too predictable. I would expect to see harem happening soon. By the way, good job to the translator for changing the way of translation and saved my eyes from the enormous amount of 'young lad's used.
A decent read. I enjoyed it. Though slow initially but it started picking up the momentum after a while. Kept me occupied during the covid lockdown. Keep up the good work
Initially did not like the usage of cryptic english. However, since changes have been made to the translation, it is a lot better and very much an enjoyable read. MC story is interesting and there's always surprises in every chapter! Keep it up!
I've been reading the other reviews beforehand. This isn't so bad and I believe I'm capable of giving this book my very unbiased opinion based on the chapters I've read so far. Storyline seems pretty straightforward, but it's overused, cliche and predictable. Eastern fantasy tends to follow this writting format. MC is toxic, power level is a little over the top for, consider the fact that the power level has reached the point of tearing down the fabric of space in less than 60 chapters. How much can the author escalate after that?
I believe I've read far enough to comment on this title. I have one word for it.... Its confusing. To be absolutely fair, Eastern fantasy novels have a cryptic way to deliver it's messages but its very overused, this one is no exception. I like the idea of MC having to work from nothing, but at least have a better and more realistic approach when he deals with his family. The harem is my very personal pet peeve, but its my own opinion. I hate the fact that MC literally thinks he's a sex goddess and can get away with what he did in the book... But I digress, I love the combat mechanics and the power level seems fair. The flow is alright but there are parts where you question the MC if he's actually thinking with his brain. Lmao. There's potential! Keep the story coming
Ditto- Overall there is context behind but lacks a certain smooth flow in the storyline. Alternatingly between passive and active sentence is make it a little but difficult to read.

Barely any difference to machine translation. If you could get through this than bro what you waiting for? Start reading mtl novels. Have painkillers and water ready, you will need it.

Having seen the negative comments on the title, I had to know what was so bad. It seems that either the translators have fixed the issue, or the previous reviews were completely wrong. The translation quality is fairly good. Story wise, it seems to flow like a ballad of sorts, like any traditional Chinese novel. Interesting story. Will continue to read.
