Chapter 65: They were ploted against but lucky, right?

Inside Escar Estate, the cave that Ethan and Scarlett had turned into a home when they first arrived in the Immortal World, a faint light flickered, and two individuals appeared there out of nowhere. 

One of them was a buxom young woman with a tired expression. She had fire-like hair and brown eyes, which, unlike usual, looked a bit haggard. Black eyebags, her lackluster skin, and her parched lips all made it clear that she was rather exhausted.

The other person had his hands wrapped around the woman's waist. He was looking at her with a frown, and she was avoiding his gaze the best she could. But it was of no use. How long could she avoid his gaze when she was trapped in his embrace?

"What are you looking at?" she asked.

"I am looking at you," he replied, then asked, "You just broke through, right?"
