Chapter 93: A Line to Cross

"But doing this...it's a sin, isn't it?" Camilla was slowly losing the battle to not drown herself in his touch.

William's hand slowly glided up her thigh and came to rest on her hip. "It isn't a sin if both sides want it. I have never forced a woman. If you lie with me, it's because you have made the choice willingly. Do you understand what I'm saying?"

Camilla nodded haltingly. Perhaps because he'd bedded plenty of other women before, it felt like a normal occurrence to him. But to her, this all felt like she was crossing a line she could never erase.

William briefly kissed her lips. "Stop overthinking it. Just close your eyes and relax."

"It's not as easy as you make it sound." she murmured against his mouth.
