This synopsis is meant to convey the fact that the MC is a religious hypocrite. My review contains the tags. Story’s premise: MC is a fanatical Exorcist in WW2-era DxD (not a reincarnator).
This story might offend some people. If you're one of them, you should be able to tell by reading the first chapter. Dropping is fine, but things do change (paragraph below).
The first few chapters aren’t representative of the story, writing, MC, etc. for the rest of this fic’s duration. Much less time is wasted on the stuff prevalent in the first couple of chapters later on (such as winding monologues), but it’s just how it is, from when my writing was worse and my MC less ‘mature’ (in a loose definition of the term). The MC develops and the writing improves, so take that as you will while reading.
Update rate is once or twice a week.
I do not own High School DxD or anything else mentioned. I only have my OCs and ideas.

I didn’t want to write a review on my own fic, but I’ve been advised to move the tags out of the synopsis to make it look cleaner. Here they are: - No harem - No romance - No smvt (webnovel shadowbans the real word) Lvst (same case as smvt) is a sin. - Evil MC - WW2 era - Russian/Soviet I don’t have much to say otherwise. Maybe a warning that it starts out very slow and that (in my opinion) the first… three? Or so chapters are a bit sloppy, but nothing else. Have I filled up the word count requirement now?
I really don't know why this fanfic even exist! it's dxd world for god sake and you telling me the protagonist will be a virgin loser who want touch any woman! disgusting🤮 not only that this author decided to make a psychopath who only think about killing people, whenever he sees someone he get offended because they simply existing, he keep saying god this and god that but all his actions say otherwise. he barley have interaction with other characters beside all those long dialogs in his brain like a mentally ill person(author you really need to visit a therapist if all of this was born from your imagination) now let's talk about the story itself all current chapters are simply filler with little to nothing happen in them, mc is confused all the time and everyone around him acting like 15yo teen who think he is the center of the world no one bothered himself to explain anything to mc, not to mention how they keep trying to kill him in every chance they get also if you came here believing this story follow canon then don't bother reading it, all events happen 50 years before the canon, so its just a original story that use dxd settings and some characters.
Currently this is a DxD fic that has great potential. First of all, the main charather is a "man of God" (you'll understand when you read) and there is a lot of bible quotes which is nice The MCs process of thinking is explained instead of it being juat conclusions. Its too early to say more without spoiling but the only problem i can find for now is that there is too few chapters and no discord server for the fic.
Rare to see a good dxd fic
An excellent work with excellent grammar and literacy lvl. May not be everyone's cup of tea since this falls in the category of 'Evil MC' but you gotta do what you gotta do. Author’s previous work was excellent but lacked experience, now we can hope that this one won't have any of those problems. Aside from that, it's clear there was a considerable amount of research put into this from just this first few chapters based on the historical knowledge and concepts alone.
Most of my reviews are 1 star. This is the only story on wn that I can actually respect because it is different. The MC is different, the story is different and by that I mean really different. Most writers here only know how to write thirsty, beta male, losers like they are, the MC of this story is nothing like that. 4 stars because 5 is spam.
I don't know what is more worrying if the mentality of the author or of the people who like this fic the story has almost nothing from the dxd world apart from some people and plot in fact I don't know why I wanted to integrate this world of all seinen worlds and shounen what's up
One of the best novels I've read in recent years. It has rained on me, who has been parched due to a lack of good DXD novels. I've never seen such an inventive approach to the DXD story before. The characters are truly some of the best I've ever read, with Vasco in particular being one of my favourite characters in all of fiction. The combat scenes are excellent, and the description of the locations creates a beautiful painting in the readers' minds. The main character is on a different level than even Vasco; the depth that the author has gone to create his character is truly exceptional. He is written in such a way that he appears to be a living, breathing character who thinks and acts in ways that we all do. To summarise, this is one of the greatest novels on webnovel, if not in the history of human literature. I recommend this novel to everyone on the planet; spread it to your friends, parents, next-door neighbour, and dog; they all need to be enlightened and receive the grace of this novel!

Hey, Hi it's me, I came to rate this novel because I just realized that there are comments that have no real relation to the story and respond to them, such as: -/The fact that there is no Harem/ I admit that I have trouble understanding this one because of one I hate harems and two, the fact that there is the TAG NO HAREM, seriously webnovel users can't read or what?? (There is also the fact that they complain that it is DxD and that there is no harem but frankly DxD does not necessarily mean harem) -/The fact that the MC is a psychopathic murderer and a truly extremist believer/ So for once I want to understand them but the problem is that it's marked in the description, don't they know how to read a description?? (in addition there is the TAG VILLAIN) -/Generally the fact that the MC is crazy/ Well I can't understand what the problem is except as I said before that it's marked in the description and the tags go directly to it. I feel like those are the top three issues that came up in the comments regularly so I answered them to rearrange things. Now the only real complaint I could make is the delay in publishing the chapters (but its understandable given the component of the chapters) and the fact that sometimes it's hard to understand what the truth was and what what was just the understanding of things by the MC (which distorts the facts a lot). But the real thing that bothers me is the fact that I know very little about religions and that I had to look for different things to be able to understand what the MC was talking about. So I will now rate this story: 4 stars. (but I'm going to put more because some notes are just stupid, just people who can't read a description or the warning words to DxD fans in the auxiliary chapters.)
Yo, i just see you write Dxd fic Here is my advice never write Dxd story by using Dxd anime as reference, Because unlike in light novel, dxd version anime ruin a lot of characters, especially Issei's characters hard to the point that reduce him into fanservice machine.

Do not make the majority of a chapter monologue! Give readers time to comprehend the chapter; make it slow at some point; partially give us information about the characters; do not immediately dump everything on us! Overall, 5 stars in: Writing Quality, World Background, and Character design. 3 stars in Story development(Fasten the pace! It's vital! And lastly, 3 stars for Updating Stability.Please, don't let this review discourage you! I wrote this to point out flaws of the novel to help you improve yourself! Great book if you dont mind his morality or dislike of other religions which i dont so its really enjoyable and a great story in all honesty i put it off for a while because of the low chap number but the chapters are very long in a good way and if the author is still updated i cant wait for the next chap

This fanfic of DxD is much better then expected for a lot of reasons: 1- Story got an amazing author: as there is barely any grammar mistakes through out the text that will cut off your immersion in the story. 2- The author has deeply delved into history and telling us quite a unique story in the dxd world just before ww2(which is quite interesting in of itself) and I deeply loved the little newspapers at the end of the chapters. 3- The MC's personality is highly......special and very different to your average MC, let me not speak much about him as he is yours to discover and judge. 4- The author seems to have read the DxD novels to search for the world building, the characters that were in ww2 era, and the like, which is highly interesting, and much better then your average wiki scan authors. That is it for now as the story is still very little in size and hope such a story continues for a longer period of time then you average 15 chapters and then drop.
