Uriel followed the soldiers who took Tina with them to the best of his abilities. Although he was by no means an expert tracker, the time he spent training with the rangers did come in handy and so did the fact that he lived on the east district for a while.

He walked the same streets he walked when he was together with Medusa as a couple, reminiscing the good times with a sense of nostalgia as he realized those times would never come back. It wasn't just that the bakery he used to pick up pastries for Medusa was burned to the ground or that the bench where they sat to wait for public transport was destroyed, along with the whole bus stop. It was the awareness that even if Sam stopped his siege on the city, even if by some miracle he went back to them, things would never be the same.
