Chapter 353: Couch surfer

Uriel meekly followed Vivian to her apartment without uttering a single word. It was as though his soul had left his body leaving nothing but an empty husk behind. The apartment was pretty much the same as the last time Uriel was there, though the damages caused to the apartment had already been fixed.

"Hang on, I'll go make coffee." Vivian said awkwardly, still unsure whether or not if inviting him over was a good idea. It didn't take a genius to realize that he had been through a lot, but fixing something like that was beyond her means.

She turned on the coffee machine and headed to her room to change, when an idea came to Vivian's mind.
