“This noob is unbelievable, damn, he’s still level 186.” Cal looked disappointed when he saw the level of the man wearing a floral-patterned shirt in front of him.

“How about that… You genius just got bamboozled!” Edward pointed at Cal before clapping his hands. “Even Tanthai, the scheming master, was tricked by me. I’m at another level,” he said, placing his hand on his chest before taking a bow.

“Should I just kill him?” Cal murmured.

“Ah… so… what is it then?” Tan asked, “What was the point of inviting me out?”

“I want another card. Nicki would nag me till my ears burst if I told her.” His shoulders sagged as he sighed.

“She won't, I guess. You want me to help you find a card to complete the Eight Maidens set, right? Tan looked disapproving at what Edward said. “What kind of card is that?” the man asked with a puzzled look.

“Promise that you will help me get the card without letting Nicki know.” Edward drew a finger at Tan, forcing him to promise.
