Answer: It would be an AU because some of the magic are illegal in my religion, so something like Divination and Horcrux would be altered slightly without affecting the plotline.

But in this fiction, Horcrux is actually the guardian dark magic, it didn't split the soul. It would only protect the user from killing curse, bomb and if their body destroyed the dark magic will keep the body like an wraith form. It cannot be touch or damaged by anyone unless the horcrux were destroyed.
