Chapter 56: Reckoning Heart Root!

It was eight o'clock in the morning, and the scene was set on a vast plain. It was gradually warming up, but the cool breeze kept blowing, making waves after waves over the verdant green grasses in the vast field that spread to the horizon. Multiple numbers of trees with lush green leaves stood tall inconsistently with gaps between them.

Suddenly, the sound of galloping from the distance could be heard and it sounded more and more, clearer which meant that the source of that sound was approaching this place. 

Leaving behind a thick long cloud of dust, a mule with a youth laying leisurely over its back, dashed toward the region at a breathtaking speed and an oddly small white puppy was chasing after it. As they passed by, several flocks of birds perching on the trees would have frightened them away while making the flapping sounds of their wings, along with their brisk chirps in the air.
