Synopsis

Dragons.

There was no being as great as a dragon, whose power was said to even rival the mightiest of the Divines. Despite this, it is still a mystery why the powerful beings all disappeared after devastation plundered the world thousands of years ago.

In their wake, they left behind the only living traces of their terrifying reign— their creations, humans that could assume the form of the mystical beings themselves. The new dragons.

Young and brash Roxane is one of these humans. Able to seamlessly transform her womanly body into a giant fire-breathing dragon, she has been living in secret amongst humans ever since she was a child, preferring to stay by her best friend’s side after being saved by her many years ago.

When her friend is handpicked by the kingdom’s royal family, Roxane is willing to do anything to stop the royal wedding from occurring. Even if that means she will have to spill some blood, as well as her own.

After her plans go awry, Roxane will have to place her and her friend’s fates in the hands of two distinctly different men. One, a young and dashing bastard from the royal family, the other, a violet-eyed wizard with a habit of showing no emotion.

She will need to uncover the truth shrouding both her and her friend’s intertwined fates if she ever hopes to stop their fates from becoming irreversibly sealed.

——————————

With his face still in his hand, he stared at her with his beautiful violet eyes. What took her breath away was the smile he had on his lips. It wasn't an almost smile like she had seen before, but a much different kind of smile. There was something written in his eyes too, but she couldn't read it, much less understand it.

Roxane knew the price of the sight before her then. She knew what she was witnessing was exceptionally rare, and her eyes drank it up. From his eyes to his smile, she wanted to remember the way he looked tonight. Hopefully, the memory would be forever engrained into her mind.

Then she blinked. And it was gone.

This novel is GREAT! The writing quality is fine. The descriptions are perfectly done. There was no grammatical errors or hiccups. It was flawless. The story is developed in a way that'll attract the readers immediately. I got hooked straight away! The character design is one of the strengths here. I liked the MC. She is lively and strong. It seems like she is very intelligent too. I would continue to read the story for her since she is amazing. The world background is yet to develop. But do I need to say more? The title itself gives us the idea of how awesome this fantasy world is going to be. I'm personally very fond of dragons so I'm sure that I'm going to love this novel. Overall, I enjoyed it! Dear author, keep up the good work! I wish you the best of luck!

The writing is the strong point of the novel. The author shows mastery over the notion of "show not tell." The pacing is a little slow but this is intentional. Read the synopsis, if it interests you then give the novel a try.

I didn't read a lot of this novel yet, but I really like your writing style so far. I would suggest that you give your chapters names instead of numbers. Overall great job!

Interesting so far! There were barely any grammar mistakes. The plot and pacing were good as it is. I like how the FL isn't all weak and frail. Character design was also a plus :). The characters were described clearly and not vague at all. Overall, you're doing a good job. Keep up the good work!

I am dreading over where to start first. As for me this is an amazing blend of fantasy and the contemporary world. The FL is fierce and bold in character in contrast to the usual timid and diffident FL which is a unique point to the novel. The story develops at a smooth rate and is a delight to read! !! KEEP GOING AUTHOR <3
