"You all stay back!!" Robert was already walking forward. 

He had a massive grin on his face. 

"But, sir!!" Kael looked very helpless.

"Stay back!!" This time, Robert said it in a stern tone. 

Not wanting to offend Robert, none of the five Generals or anyone else said anything. They just exchanged helpless gazes. If their Emperor Charles had been here, then perhaps they could have stopped him. 

What made them feel frustrated was the fact that a stranger who wasn't even in their military was leading them to the biggest war in their Empire's history. And now, he was taking all the spotlights for himself. 

'What was His Majesty thinking?' Kael wondered in his mind. 

When he was informed that Robert would be the Commander leading them in this war, Kael nearly protested, but he stayed silent out of respect and fear towards the Emperor.
