Chapter 19: Hogwarts Visit
Nearly eighteen months had passed since Draco had recovered the resurrection stone and then ironically resurrected Pandora Lovegood on the same day. Draco's relationship with the girls hadn't grown that much, as numerically they seemed to have reached their peak natural affection towards him. There was some improvement, but it amounted to five girls growing by only one percent.
On the bright side, however, they'd all gotten even closer to each other. Tonks, who had a large portion of two whole summers with them, also grew quite close to all the girls, but her closeness level remained stuck at 100% with no sign of entering into the realm of love any time soon.
Draco, meanwhile, had also continued honing his skills in magical metallurgy and forging, and had started making some very decorative magical knives that he could sell to collectors, so by this point the Greengrass Family had recouped their investment and then some.
After recovering what they invested into the forge, they only got ten percent pf the profits, so Draco figured had already started to build for himself a pretty substantial nest egg before school started, so he already had a lot of his own money that his parents did not know about.
Today, however, Draco was not going to see his girlfriends. Rather, he was going to see his godfather, in his work environment. A new school year had started at Hogwarts and Draco was allowed a one day visit to check out the school. Draco had thought about asking previously, but waited until this year for a specific reason.

After attending a Fifth year potions class and quietly observing it, Draco suggested a house elf giving him a tour of the school, since Snape obviously couldn't do it while he was working. Snape was hesitant, but it did not break the headmasters rules so he allowed it, so all was going according to Draco's plan.
The first thing Draco asked to see was the entry locations to the four houses, so that meant Hufflepuff and Slytherin were first, then they swung by the library on the way to Gryffindor dormitory. Draco respectfully introduced himself to the librarian before 'accidentally' leaving his notebook behind on her workstation with some of his potions research in it. It wasn't anything too over-the-top, but enough to impress her if she happened to look through it, considering his age.
On the way to Gryffindor, Draco claimed he wanted to take a roundabout route and more thoroughly explored the 7th floor until he found a tapestry of Barnabas the Barmy, at which point he 'remembered' that he left his notebook in the library, and asked the house elf guide to retrieve it.
"Olympia." Draco said the moment the house elf vanished, and his Phoenix peaked out from Draco's familiar tattoo, quickly looked around to memorize the location, and retreated back into tattoo form just before the house elf returned with Draco's notebook and the tour resumed.
Shortly after that, he was introduced to the Fat Lady in the painting that connected to Gryffindor dorm before they headed to his true objective in coming to Hogwarts today, which should now reside in Ravenclaw House.
According to Draco's information, the first year Ravenclaws were just about to leave class and had a free afternoon before Astronomy in the evening, so he intended to dally near the entrance to hopefully run into and meet Cho Chang.

Theodore Nott had kept am eye on his ex best friend Draco over all these years, and the things he'd heard just made him more and more angry. Today, he had heard that Draco was given permission to visit Hogwarts even though he had not become a student.
Theo could make a guess as to where this would lead, and it made him gnash his teeth together, seething in rage.. He guessed that Draco would meet one or more new girls and add them to his ever-growing harem.
In Theo's mind, Draco was a traitor who fraternized with a filthy mudblood like Granger and Blood Traitors like the Weasley's. Also, his supposed best friend never cared about how he felt, being forced to share the same air as that filth.
Early on, Theo had mistakenly believed Draco was someone worthy of respect and had started following him proudly, but his actions soon became something that he could not tolerate.
If his father had found out from someone else, that he'd been fraternizing with a Weasley and a mudblood, Theo knew he may have been killed, so to protect him own self-interests, he told his father about the Weasley girl. He still received a nasty beating after reporting to him, but it wasn't as terrible as it would have been otherwise.
Since breaking free of Draco, Theo had his own friend group, which included Gregory Goyle, Vincent Crabbe, Blaise Zabini, Millicent Bullstrode, and Pansy Parkinson, so Theo told himself that he had nothing to be jealous about, but he still wondered why all of Draco's 'friends' seemed to be girls.
Every time his father beat him, the anger and resentment within Theo, which was directed against his former best friend, would grow even more.

"For a tour of the school, though, why are you lingering outside of the Ravenclaw dormitory." Second year Ravenclaw boy, Roger Davies, was presently asking Draco, who he'd found outside the Ravenclaw dormitory. After initially being told about the tour, Roger thought it did not explain why he was lingering here.
"Just answering riddles. It was fun while it lasted" Draco chuckled, then saw two more Ravenclaw first years approaching, both of whom were girls, and one was the one Draco had been waiting for, none other then Cho Chang.
Cho had long black hair, brown eyes, and a petite shape. She'd be a real beauty when she grew up. Surprisingly, the girl next to her was also cute, with long, reddish-blond hair, piercing blue eyes, and a body shape that also promised great things in the future.. Draco guessed that this was Marietta Edgecombe.
"Roger, are you bothering this boy?" Marietta asked Roger as the two first year girls stopped nearby.
"Just asked me a few questions. It was harmless" Draco insisted to the two newcomers "Hello, my name is Draco Malfoy. I was just getting a tour of the school and lingered here a bit to challenge more and more riddles."
"Oh, you were in the Daily Prophet" Marietta recalled with a chuckle "For one so young, you've already been making a name for yourself."
"I don't do the things I do to seek glory or anything, but it was fun to get a little attention, especially from cute girls." Draco replied to Marietta.
Marietta flushed a bit with embarrassment at Draco's implication..
"Both of you girls are super cute. You are going to be true beauties when you grow up." Draco declared boldly.
"I'd like to ask you some questions about how you did it." Marietta asked Draco "Want to go to the library. We can have a nice chat there, right?"
"Sure, that sounds interesting" Cho blurted, not wanting to be excluded.
Usually, Marietta followed Cho's lead, but now that she found something Marietta was passionate about, it peaked her curiosity.
It was not quite the way that Draco had expected it to happen, but he was nevertheless satisfied. "Sure, that sounds fun." he agreed.
After that, Draco spent the rest of his time at Hogwarts that day in the library with Marietta and Cho, getting to know them better and answering Marietta's questions. Since he was not leaving the Library anymore, the House Elf that had been Draco's guide left the three of them alone to chat and grow closer to each other.

Splendora_Gaming This chapter was a bit rushed because I had repeated power outages over the past two days. I had intended to flush out the chapter a lot more, but due to timing restrictions and the release daye arriving on me, I just had to do my best and hope it turned out okay.
