Chapter 9: Chapter 9: It's Been a While
"She's so adorable, Su Bai. Her eyes are just like yours, so full of life," Xiao Wu said, holding their daughter lovingly.
This was their cherished child, a symbol of their love, and she couldn't get enough of looking at her.
After a while, Xiao Wu asked Su Bai, "Su Bai, have you thought of a name?"
Su Bai pondered momentarily and then said decisively, "Let's name her Su Wu Tong!"
"Su Wu Tong?" Xiao Wu repeated softly, feeling very satisfied with the name.
It carried Su Bai's surname and part of her name, showing how much thought he had put into it.
"Perfect, Su Wu Tong it is. Wu Tong, our first child." Xiao Wu smiled, her eyes filled with tenderness.
And so, Su Bai's journey as a doting father began.
Because of the childbirth, Xiao Wu needed time to recuperate. Despite being a powerful soul beast, childbirth had drained some of her essence, requiring time to recover fully.
Three years later, their daughter was now three years old.
One day, Su Bai was fishing by the lake, passing the time.

Suddenly, a stone was thrown into the lake, scaring away the fish that were just about to bite.
Su Bai didn't need to turn around to know who it was.
It was his daughter, Su Wu Tong.
Su Bai turned around and looked at the adorable little girl, as cute as a porcelain doll. He sighed, "My dear daughter, you're being naughty again."
"Daddy, I'm so bored! Come play horsey with me!" Su Wu Tong said with a mischievous grin.
His daughter was playful and always liked to cling to Su Bai and Xiao Wu.
It gave Su Bai quite a headache. He handed her off to Da Ming and Er Ming as soon as she got a bit older.
Now that Da Ming and Er Ming are out, she pesters him.
Looking at his excited daughter, Su Bai said with a headache, "Sweetie, Daddy has something to do later. Why don't you play with Uncle Da Ming and Er Ming?"
"Hmph! Daddy, you're lying!" Su Wu Tong pouted angrily, "Daddy, you're either napping or clinging to Mommy. You always say you have something to do, but I'm not a little kid anymore."
Su Bai chuckled at her words.
He wanted to say, "Sweetie, you're only three. Of course, you're still a little kid."
"Hmph! I don't want to talk to you anymore."
Seeing that Su Bai still wasn't willing to play with her, Su Wu Tong stormed off angrily.
Su Wu Tong ran to the other side of the lake and called out, "Uncle Dahei, where are you? Come out!"
Under the lake, a black snake soul beast, now named Dahei by Su Wu Tong, shivered at her call.
Playing with Su Wu Tong was fine; after all, she was the little mistress. But this little ancestor was incredibly difficult to handle.
Nevertheless, with her father watching, Dahei had no choice but to respond. He slithered out of the water and approached Su Wu Tong with a flattering, almost human-like smile. "Little Mistress, what can I do for you?"
"Uncle Dahei, you're here!" Su Wu Tong's big, adorable eyes sparkled with excitement. "Uncle Dahei, can you take me to play in the lake?"
Hearing this, Dahei felt a shiver of fear. Memories of being bossed around by this little one flooded back. He glanced over at Su Bai with a pleading look.
Su Bai casually turned his head, pretending not to see.
With an ashen face and a smile that looked more like a grimace, Dahei reluctantly agreed, "Okay... sure."
"Yay! Awesome!" Su Wu Tong cheered, hopping onto Dahei's head.
With that, Dahei carried the little girl and started swimming in the lake.
"This girl..." Su Bai shook his head, feeling a mix of amusement and helplessness.
Su Wu Tong was incredibly energetic. Despite being only three years old, she had managed to cause quite a stir throughout the Star Dou Forest.
All the soul beasts in the forest knew she was the daughter of Su Bai, the overlord, and treated her with utmost deference. Even Da Ming and Er Ming were tormented by her, and they often went out just to avoid her.
But Dahei had no such option; he didn't dare leave. He was still unsure of Su Bai's intentions and didn't want to risk offending him.
After watching for a while, Su Bai returned to the wooden house.
As soon as he opened the door, a hand pulled him inside.
Inside, Xiao Wu peeked out to check if anyone was watching. "Su Bai, where's our daughter?" she asked.
Su Bai chuckled, "She's playing in the lake with Dahei."
Xiao Wu's face lit up with joy. She snuggled into Su Bai's arms, blushing. "Su Bai, it's been so long since we... you know..."
Su Bai understood immediately. Seeing the beautiful woman in his arms, his desire surged.
He gently picked up Xiao Wu and carried her to the bed.
Su Bai kissed her tenderly, his hands caressing her body. Despite giving birth, Xiao Wu's figure remained as perfect as ever.
Not only that, but motherhood had added a mature charm to Xiao Wu, making her even more captivating.
Lost in the moment, Su Bai looked at Xiao Wu with deep affection and whispered, "Xiao Wu, you're so beautiful!"
Xiao Wu moved to tears, kissed Su Bai, and said emotionally, "Su Bai, meeting you has been the luckiest thing in my life. I feel so happy."
"Me too."
The two embraced passionately.
Su Bai carried the beautiful woman in his arms to the large bed in their cave and gently laid her down.
Beneath him, Xiao Wu's stunning face blushed slightly.
The night was filled with passion.

The next morning.
Su Bai woke up, feeling the soft body in his arms and the long leg draped over him, causing his desire to stir again.
Sensing something different, Xiao Wu also opened her eyes.
She blinked and shyly said, "Su Bai if you still want to... I can..."
Hearing this, Su Bai could no longer hold back. Amid Xiao Wu's surprised gasp, he flipped her over and pressed her beneath him.
The battle began anew.
Thanks to Su Bai's years of diligent effort, his affection for Xiao Wu reached an impressive level, but he hadn't yet received any rewards.
However, Su Bai was not in a hurry.
Over this period, Xiao Wu had fully recovered, and it was time to give her something special.
"Xiao Wu."
Su Bai called softly.
Xiao Wu, still drowsy, replied, "What is it, Su Bai? I'm still a bit tired. Can I rest for a while longer?"
Given that Su Bai's ancient dragon lineage made him incredibly vigorous, even Xiao Wu, a soul beast, couldn't withstand his continuous advances.
Clearing his embarrassed throat, Su Bai quickly explained, "Xiao Wu, you've misunderstood. I just have something I want to give you."
Hearing this, Xiao Wu perked up and asked eagerly, "What is it, Su Bai?"
She knew that anything Su Bai took so seriously had to be something special.
"Close your eyes first!"
Su Bai instructed.
Pouting slightly, Xiao Wu said, "What is it? So mysterious."
Despite her grumbling, she obediently closed her eyes.
Seeing this, Su Bai used the Race Evolution Card on Xiao Wu.
Immediately, Xiao Wu was enveloped in a radiant white light.
