When Cherish Turner arrived at the Cherry Blossom Garden, her father, Sam Turner, and her mother were seated in a side hall of the villa.

Seldom returning home, Cherish's younger brother, Sam, had many things to do at school. Nevertheless, he was puzzled by his sister's recent ordeal. "Cherish, sit down," her mother beckoned, and Cherish obediently sat down beside her.

Sam's frustration led him to directly call out his sister's name.
