Link's car emerged from Beverly Hills, and the paparazzi swarmed it like hyenas scenting blood, a larger crowd than before.

The paparazzi, reckless of their own safety, stood in front of the car to block it, some surrounded the vehicle, and their palms beating against the window glass was deafening.

Fortunately, the windows were bulletproof, otherwise they would have been shattered by now.

The standoff lasted three or four minutes, until the local patrol officers arrived, drew their handguns, and ordered the paparazzi to retreat, allowing the car to return to the main roads of the city.
