Chapter 2647: Pleading?

Space trembled as purple light caged the area and burned the fabric of the void, causing destruction to ensue as though oil had been lit on fire. It never stopped burning unless it ran out of energy or was pulled back, but the man who unleashed it merely stayed in his position, appearing to be relaxed as he kept the Unfettered Ice Fiends at bay.

Another man who wore a golden robe simply extended his two fingers. His arms danced like snakes, controlling an array of azure-golden swords that sliced and diced through the Level Four Immortal King Unfettered Ice Fiends with ease.

Both of them took care of the western side of the vent, and the eastern side was being cleared by the Tyriels.

Although all of them were barraged by hundreds of Level Four Unfettered Ice Fiends, they were fairly able to hold their ground, and fairly was an overstatement, considering that they were rapidly running out of energy.
