Chapter 28: Chapter 28: Seeking fire missile battle technique.
A few hours later, Richie awoke once again, the second time this day, or maybe not, the flow of time might be different here, Richie didn't know.
When Richie woke up, he was greeted with the sight of his arm attached to his body, it was like he had never cut his arm off, though just thinking about that made him shiver, cutting ones limbs off required a lot of guts.
He also found that his cultivation had reached the peak of the 1st realm, he immediately gave his cultivation a push and he instantly broke through to the 2nd realm, yet the qi in his body was still rampaging.
In the end, Richie had reached the 6th sub realm of the second realm within seconds.
On another note, Richie realised that he had once again been given a Daly task, It was the same task, he had to create one product, and the reward was once again 100 alchemy tokens.
Richie pulled his hellfire cauldron out of the system and then started to refine healing paste once again, he had bought enough ingredients to make like 20 healing pastes a while ago, well actually not too long ago, it just felt like a long time ago.
With Richie's increase in his cultivation realm, he could better control the fire and that then improved how well he could create healing paste.
In the end, Richie managed to create a 63% purity pill at the advanced grade, thos was a huge step up from the previous healing paste he had created, it seems that cultivation really did matter as an alchemist, though after reaching the advanced grade and a purity of at least 70%, it was extremely difficult to improve the purity and grade, this is the line that separates talented alchemists from those who got to that point using the resources of their clan or backing.
Richie then received the 100 alchemy tokens from the system, now he had 120 alchemy tokens and he wanted to use them on a battle technique, he didn't really have a proper way to deal with enemies, he hadn't been taught many battle techniques, only some basic techniques, I'm fact, his Hong clan secret art was somthing his father was going to teach him when he was 12, too bad he never got to see Richie reach 12.
It was Richie's birthday in a couple of days aswell, it seemed that only the system would be there to celebrate his birthday.
Richie was still a kid after all, not having a 'birthday party' and having nobody come to his birthday still deeply affected him.
Richie willed for the system shop to open, he then made the shop only show battle techniques that cost under 100 alchemy tokens, he saw thousands of battle techniques, they all had different effects, some used mainstream elements like fire or thunder, some used other elements like time or gravity, though these ones were alot weaker and relied almost entirely on your cultivation realm being able to manipulate these elements.
Eventually Richie eye landed on an inconspicuous technique which costed only 60 Alchemy token, even though it didn't cost much, it had exactly what Richie needed.

Richie then felt a river of knowledge surge into his mind, it was all the information on how to activate the technique.

in summary, this technique didn't need Richie to be good at aming, it also prevented healing and does quite alot of damage, it was a well rounded technique.
After spending 60 of his alchemy tokens, Richie then tried to set off down the path he was previously waling down, but the system had other ideas.

Upon receiving confirmation, Richie then proceeded around another corner very carefully, Richie's eyes then widened in surprise.
What he saw in front of him was a huge cabern spanning hundreds of meters, with seemingly thousands of different exits.
" jesus christ"
Richie then sat down to go to sleep.
- no don't go to sleep yet, you don't know what the hell will come out of those holes, you should buy a protective talisman, just in case- the system advised.
" Good idea" Richie then spent the rest of his alchemy tokens on a reusable protective talisman, it would protect him from all attacks under the 3rd realm completely, if it were to ever be destroyed, it would automatically fix itself after about a week, though under the combined efforts of lots of attacks under the 3rd realm, there was a chance that it could fail, you can't expect much from such a cheap item.
Richie then once again sat down to go to sleep, he activated his talisman and a blue dome formed around him. This time, Richie fell asleep without any disturbances
