Synopsis
Ayaan Ali the average middle school child, well not really average, he's type 1 diabetic. He goes on with his daily life until one day he drinks so much mango juice that his blood sugar went up crazy amounts and died. After that he transported in a fantasy world, with his diabetes (which may be OVERPOWERED!).
