It's late evening now, standing at my window watching Dad help Mum load her stuff in a van, I watched mummy glance at my window, wave goodbye,her look of discouragement when I didnt show any reaction, I watched mum enter the van,I watched as the van drove off till it couldn't be seen anymore and I watched as Daddy staggered towards the house, I stood at the window for a while, mummy has to come back, I must be having a very very bad dream.
*Knock knock*
"Kirah, can I come in"
"Yeah, I guess"I said ,I walked to my bed and sat on it
"Hey baby, how are you doing, everything good"
"No...,I think I'm having a very very bad dream"
"I'm sorry hun but u ain't ever gonna have those, your not having a bad dream"
"But...but mummy's gone, you helped her..."
"and you mum will visit sometimes"
"I don't want her to visit, I want her to stay here with Dad and I " tears gathered in my eyes as I kept on saying I wanted mum back
Daddy carried me while I cried , my face was buried in his shirt , he kept whispering Bible verses to me .
"Why didn't God*sniffles*why didn't he stop Mummy from going"
"Mummy and Daddy had issues,we didn't meet God when we had this issues,we didn't ask him for direction,we didn't acknowledge him and God is a gentleman he won't barge into your Life if you don't accept him, if you don't acknowledge him"
"Why didn't you talk it out with God then, you always tell me to talk to you or mom if something's wrong and the Bible says God is our heavenly father so why didn't Daddy and Mummy talk to God"
"You're right angel and I know that now ,Daddy and Mummy didn't see it that way so we just let whatever happens happen"
"It's not your fault daddy"
"Thanks, it's not your fault either hun, it's going to be fine from here on, it's acknowledge our Heavenly Father from now on kay"
"Okay daddy"
"Wipe your tears, freshen up and meet me in the kitchen"
"Thanks Dad"
"Your welcome baby God is our strength and God is your mummy's strength everything is fine ,Good night baby, sweet dreams, pray before you sleep"
"I wanna stay with Daddy"
"Okay then,just freshen and eat dinner"

That night, Dad and I prayed for ourselves,For Mum and we gave Thanks because the joy of the Lord is our strength, everything is fine, everything will be fine.
