Now all eyes were on her, Jennie glaring at her wickedly, clearly not remorseful for what she had done, the rest of the staff members looked on, waiting for her to give her verdict. 

"Don't think about it for too long, just tell me whatever comes to your head. You're the owner of the work, so you get to pick the kind of punishment that she gets." Damon assures her if she wouldn't let him fire her, he hoped that at least she would pick a fun punishment for her.
