Chapter 36: Nah it's just your influence

Xavier pov:

"Will you fight today?" my manager asked me hesitantly and earned a glare from me.

"I mean your hands-" he started again but I cut him off.

"It's none of your concern. Do as I said." I told him and came out of the rest room.

He nodded and ran behind me while I walked towards the ring ready to beat the shit out of my opponent. Soon people saw me coming through and they started parting. I made my way into the ring which was empty. I started warming up by jumping on my toes until my opponent was to be picked out. 

"Xavier Millers in the ring, who dares to challenge him?" the announcer's voice boomed in the hall.

"I do," I heard a hoarse voice behind me.

He was a big bulky man with long hair and big beard. His sweating hairy body disgusted me for a moment. I didn't see him here before. He had an evil smirk on his face as his eyes lingered over my wounded hands.
