Chapter 5: Chapter 5: Empat Sekawan
Adzima pov
The day turned into morning, and I woke up feeling much better than before. After getting ready, I went to look for Falco, who was busy setting up several cars. The collection of cars in his garage amazed me because the majority of them are sports cars and rare cars.
Adzima:"Are all of those yours?"
He did not respond to my question and instead asked me another question.
Falco:"How is your sleep?"
Adzima:"I slept well"
Adzima:"How about you?"
Falco:"I didn't sleep"
Adzima:"What? You demand I sleep, yet you didn't sleep yourself?"
Falco:"You need it, you feel better after sleeping, don't you?"
Adzima:"Yeah, what about you?"
Falco:"I can't, at least not for now"
I'm not sure why, even though we haven't known each other for long, but I'm concerned about him.
Falco:"I'm sorry, but can you wake up the others?"
Adzima:"No problem"
I then returned upstairs to wake the others up. I started with Qori because she was the easiest to wake up.
Adzima:"Qori wake up"
I gently shook Qori's body, and she immediately woke up.
Qori:"Hm... Morning Adzima"
Adzima:"Morning"
I then attempted to wake up Aditya and Fian, but Qori intervened.
Qori:"Let me do it"
I nodded and returned to the garage, leaving Qori with the duty of waking the others. However, as I was walking down the stairs, I heard Aditya and Fian screamed. Falco looked at me, confused.
Falco:"What happened up there?"
I just shrugged at him. Soon after, Qori, Fian, and Aditya came to meet us. I glanced at Qori and asked
Adzima:"Qori, what did you do?"
She just smiled at me and didn't say anything. Falco then told us about the people we would recruit this time.
Falco:"Because we will be recruiting a lot of people this time, we will need more than one car"
Falco:"So, you can choose and use any car you like"
Aditya and Fian were ecstatic when they heard that.
Aditya & Fian:"Really? Any car?"
Falco nodded at them.
Fian:"Then I chose the silver Audi"
Aditya:"I'd just choose that blue BMW"
Falco then threw the keys from the car they chose, then he looked at Qori and me.
Qori:"I'm with Aditya"
Falco:"What about you princess?"
When Falco spoke to me, I noticed Fian whispering something with Aditya, but I ignored them because they were probably discussing something unimportant.
Adzima:"You don't have a problem if I'm with you, right?"
Falco:"No problem, let's go"
We then got into our respective cars, Falco and I got into the car he always uses, which is a red Koenigsegg. We took off immediately after Falco connected the car's system to the other two cars. We arrived at a city after passing through the glass roads as usual, and I noticed from the hologram on the windscreen that we were now in Quatro.
We soon came to a stop in front of a tall building, and I noticed a signboard with the name Sekawan Tower on it.
Fian:"Sekawan Tower? That's quite an interesting name"
We then entered the building, but we were blocked by an invisible wall. I then saw Falco as if he were calling someone and asking them to talk.
Falco:"Hello, we are not enemies, nor are we possessed, so could you kindly let us in?"
I looked in the direction Falco was speaking, but there was no one there.
Adzima:"Who are you talking to?"
The invisible wall in front of us vanished, and Ina, one of my best friends from middle school, suddenly appeared in front of us. Qori and I then rushed to Ina and hugged her.
Adzima & Qori:"Ina"
Ina:"Adzima, Qori, I missed you too"
Ina returned our hug, then she greeted Fian and Aditya.
Ina:"Hi to both of you too"
Aditya and Fian nodded in response to Ina's greeting, and once we released our hug, I asked Ina a question.
Adzima:"We are assembling a team of people with extraordinary abilities to save the world, Will you join us?"
Ina:"Of course, I will, and I am sure that others will like to join in as well"
Adzima:"Who are you talking about?"
Ina:"Come upstairs with me, and you will meet them"
Ina looked at Falco and asked him.
Ina:"But before that, who are you, and how can you see me when I use my power?"
Adzima:"His name is Falco, and it's okay, Ina, I assure you we can trust him."
Adzima:"He saved my life twice back in Italy"
After I said that, Ina grabbed Falco's hand and thanked him.
Ina:"Really? I am very grateful to you because you saved my best friend. Thank you"
Falco:"No need to thank me"
I'm not sure why, but I felt uneasy when I saw Ina holding Falco's hand. Fortunately, Ina let go of Falco's hand and invited us to go upstairs.
Ina:"Let's go, guys"
When we arrived on the top floor, Anjas was sitting on the sofa, relaxed.
Ina:"Guys, we have guests"
Anjas:"Are you sure we can trust them?"
Ina:"Relax, Anjas, they are our friends, even though not all of them, but we can also trust him"
Ina:"Also, they are assembling a team to save the world, and they want us to be a part of it"
Anjas:"A team, huh? Fine I'm in, but only if I become the leader"
Fian quickly mocked Anjas because of what he said.
Fian:"You never change, Anjas, and you'll never be a leader with that attitude"
Anjas grew irritated upon hearing Fian's mockery.
Anjas:"Are you looking for a fight, Fian?"
Fian:"You seemed to have forgotten who beat you in our last fight"
Anjas hurled fireballs from his palm at Fian, who teleported away to avoid the fireballs. Ina swiftly created an invisible dome to shield us from Anjas's fireball.
Anjas continued to hurl fireballs at Fian, who simply avoided them. This appeared to irritate Anjas even more.
Qori:"Stop it, you two"
Qori attempted to stop them, but they both just ignored her. Then, as a result of their fights, something near us caught fire after being hit by a fireball from Anjas, and when I saw the fire, my head became very dizzy and everything went dark.
Aditya pov
When Adzima noticed something burning near us, she quickly fainted. Luckily, Falco, who was beside her, caught Adzima's body before she hit the floor.
Qori & Ina:"Adzima..."
Because they were concerned about Adzima, Qori and Ina shouted her name. When Anjas and Fian heard their shouts, they stopped fighting and looked at us.
I then saw Artha and Agus approaching, and Agus immediately changed his hands into rocks and smacked Anjas, whose body was still emitting fire, while Artha stretched out his hand to pull Fian, who had teleported to the top of a closet.
Artha:"What exactly are you two doing?"
Anjas:"Fian started it"
Fian:"No, you started it"
Fian and Anjas then started to blame each other.
Artha:"I don't care who started it, we are no longer children, so quit fighting about ridiculous things, Look at what you done to Adzima"
Fian and Anjas then lowered their heads as Artha approached Falco, who was attempting to wake Adzima.
Artha:"Lay Adzima on the sofa, please"
Falco nodded, then carried Adzima brydal-style, laying her down softly on the sofa.
Ina:"It appears that the fire reminded her of "that" accident"
Falco:"What accident?"
Artha:"I'm sorry, I don't think we have the right to tell you"
Aditya:"I think we have to tell him"
Aditya:"He saved Adzima twice, or maybe more"
Aditya:"Adzima immediately trusted him from the first time they met, even though they didn't know each other"
Aditya:"I'm sure he can also help Adzima"
Qori:"I agree with Aditya on this one"
Artha:"Fine"
We all looked at Falco and began telling him about "that" accident.
Aditya:"In the past, Adzima's powers went out of control until she accidentally set fire to a cafe"
Falco:"Let me guess, one of you was killed in that accident, and Adzima continuously blames herself for it to this day"
We all became depressed and nodded.
Aditya:"According to the authorities, the fire that burned down the cafe was caused by a gas explosion in the kitchen, hence, Adzima was not arrested"
Aditya:"But, as you mentioned, "that" accident devastated Adzima, and she continuously blames herself for it"
Aditya:"And that was the last time we all got together"
Falco:"Please accept my sincere condolences"
Aditya:"Thank you"
Qori then glared at Fian and Anjas.
Qori:"And for both of you..."
Adzima pov
I woke up with my head aching and realised I was resting on the sofa. I also saw Qori slapping and scolding Fian and Anjas. Ina, who was nearby, noticed that I was awake and asked about my condition.
Ina:"Adzima, how are you doing?"
Adzima:"I'm fine now"
Falco and the others then approached us, and Fian and Anjas apologised to me.
Fian & Anjas:"We are really sorry Adzima"
I smiled at them and immediately forgave them.
Adzima:"Don't worry, I'm fine"
Falco then squatted in front of me so that we could talk face-to-face.
Falco:"All of the Empat Sekawan members agree to join us"
Adzima:"Who?"
Falco pointed to Ina, Artha, Agus, and Anjas, who were all dressed almost similarly. We then returned to the mansion, and for some reason, Ina, Artha, Anjas, and Agus chose to ride in a car driven by Aditya or Fian, leaving only me and Falco in our car.
When we got to the mansion, Falco headed directly upstairs, and we followed him.
Adzima:"So, who's next?"
Falco:"I want you to rest princess"
Adzima:"What? But I had gotten enough sleep before we departed for Quatro"
Then, without saying anything, Falco suddenly carried me brydal-style towards the large hallway on the right. This caught me off guard and made me blush a lot.
Adzima:"Wa-wa-wa-wa what are you doing?"
Falco then laid me down in one big bedroom.
Falco:"This bedroom is one of the mansion's main bedrooms, and I want you to have a rest here"
He then turned towards the others.
Falco:"You guys can also choose any room you like upstairs"
They nodded and left to choose a room they liked, leaving the two of us here. When Falco intended to go, I stopped him by holding his hand.
Adzima:"Wait"
Falco immediately stopped and looked back at me.
Adzima:"Did the others tell you?"
Falco:"Yes"
Adzima:"Do you want to ask me something about it?"
Falco:"No"
Adzima:"Why?"
Falco:"I want you to tell me yourself when you are ready"
Adzima:"What if I'm never ready?"
Falco:"Then it doesn't matter"
Falco then tried to let go of my hand that was holding his hand.
Falco:"Rest princess, please"
Adzima:"Okay, I will rest, but only if you also rest"
Falco:"Fine, my room is right beside this room, so if you need anything, just say it"
I smiled at him and let go of his hand. He then went to his room.
Adzima:"Ah, one more thing"
Adzima:"Thank you"
He smiled at me as he closed my bedroom door.
Falco:"Good night, princess"
I smiled back at him, and when he had closed the bedroom door, I returned his greeting.
Adzima:"Good night.... My prince"
