Chapter 122: A Date With Nyx

"Where would you like to go, my lady?" a familiar voice requested with a bow of deference.

Robert had appeared out of nowhere as though he had been trailing the two of us since they departed from the First Year building.

"Thank you, Robert. However, I would rather walk with Aaron here," Nyx answered.

"As you wish, my lady," the butler answered before vanishing.

Aaron rolled his eyes. "Is he always like this?"

"Like how?" Nyx inquired.

"...Always everywhere you go."

Nyx chuckled and nodded. "Yes. Basically."

Aaron looked around, his gaze fixed at Robert's hiding spot as he shook his head. Realising that he had been made and quite easily at that, Robert was shocked but remained unmoving as he watched from the distance.

'That's certainly an unusual one,' he thought.

"By the way, what are you doing around here?" Aaron asked. "Aren't you like… you know… a busy higher-up in this place?"
