Chapter 78: Base building, Andena's reward

The layout of the new base was rather easy to understand, and it was as easy to build it as well. They only need a bunch of metal along with the help of the demonic moles. 

The moles had to dig up four, big holes. It was as simple as that to them, so they got the project started with Gustav's brief guidance.

For the sake of having a better view of the directions which they were supposed to follow later on, they dug the first hole about five hundred meters below the ruined village, and over eight hundred meters away from the ocean shores. 

Such a distance seemed overdone and extensive, but it was all for a good cause. 

They wanted to repurpose the village, although that idea demanded to relocate or wipe away the village's ruins. The 'triangle of defenses' which they wanted to build, was supposed to have a big dot in the middle, and they wanted to build a new village to resemble that dot.
