Chapter 1: Chapter 1
It started right the second I was born. The world had sealed my fate.
My parents have always been telling me about the demons, how to kill them, their weaknesses, how many different kinds of them and a lot more information. That's how I have been going to sleep in my baby days even as 6 years old they have been telling me the same thing over and over so I won't forget.
I discovered a lot about the monsters, hiding in the shadows, in the darkest corners of the streets even sometimes pretending to be a human, waiting for the night to rise and cover every inch of every street, and the smallest things, they wait 12 hours every day just for the night and these moments I recommend you, not to step a foot outside.
Why? You ask. Because, at these moments there are only 3 thoughts on their tiny minds: 'kill, feed and kill for fun 'cause I am bored'. And maybe even worse but I won't let anything happen to anyone.
No one is going to die, get sucked(blood), or be eaten inside out. Nobody is going to lose their lives as long as I am alive.
Nobody is going to die on my watch.
When I was about 5 years old, my father has suddenly forced me into a tough training routine. No rest, no drink, and no food for days even weeks. He taught me about close combat and which weapons to use on each different demon and obviously, he taught me how to use them. Yes?
Well, be surprised 'cause my mother took a huge part in my training as well. She taught me about dark magic, other kinds of magic but mostly dark, exorcism spells, how to create new weapons in mare seconds with magic, and how to summon a guardian spirit or spirits in general.
She also taught me how to use magic without the enemy sensing me but that part is still undeveloped. I am working on it.
As you can see, my parents were special, especially my father. He was a demon.
My mom though, I think you already know, a witch.
I realized the truth after all this instance training that we weren't just a simple and peaceful family, we are all hunters.
A huge generation of hunters and new leaders and I am next in line, after my father.
So you can already guess that I am a half-demon and a half-witch and my purpose in this world is to protect the human species and defend the innocent.
A sense of justice I have got. I know. But I can't help it, it is who I am. It is a part of me and I won't let this part of me vanish no matter what!
'Cause I am the last hunter on earth.
