Chapter 50: Dante Montreal

Aisling did not do much during the weekend. She was still feeling a little lethargic, so she decided to rest and sleep a little more. In any case, she was not employed, and she had put a lot of effort into the art show.

She deserved a break.

On Monday morning, she received an unexpected call from her acquaintance, Dante Montreal.

Dante was a Sentinel who seemed to have had some dealings with her teacher in the past. After a forced introduction and some fierce prompting by her teacher, Aisling agreed to help him on occasion with his cases.

"What's up?" She asked casually.

"I hear that congratulations are in order. You are now a star." Dante spoke teasingly with his deep voice with a bit of a Hispanic accent.

Aisling smiled. "I will no longer need to toil for a few coins from the Sentinel Alliance."

"Remember us when you are rich and successful." Dante laughed.

"So, why have you called so early? It can't be that you just wanted to congratulate me?"
