Defying Traditions

Hikaru "Haru" Yamashiro is a 27-year-old professional volleyball player under the Ludwig Phoenix Florence and current captain of the national team. Despite great success, he comes across a problem he thought had been discarded for years: arrange marriage. Failing to marry at 25, Haru's family decided to arrange marriage with a fellow family friend.

In the Philippines, Majareina "Kana" Lancaster is a 20-year-old troubled woman who seems to not make it together due to generational trauma she is exposed to within her family. In solution, her paternal grand aunt decides that she won't go to college anymore and just marry someone they choose.
