Frandin's mouth twitched in response. He would never forget that this was how he got involved in all of this.
"Ahem... Can't we use a more... gentle method?"
Everyone looked at Frandin, puzzled.
"Would there be a Zasfin willing to come along with a bunch of humans like you? First of all, you still hate normal humans, right? You're just tagging along because we aren't from this place, to begin with. We aren't the same as the slaves around you, or so you think."
Frandin didn't deny that. He had no pity or interest in any of the slave humans of the world. Save them? Help them? Unless it was necessary, he had no intention or wish of doing so. To be more specific, Frandin simply didn't care about them at all since they couldn't provide him anything to start with. In this regard, he was quite similar to Roan.
