Chapter 41: I Do Remember Something
They watched the video for a while and Da Eun suddenly asked Kim Jin to pause the video.
"Pause the video right there."
"What?" Kim Jin was confused but paused the video anyway.
"Look, Jeon Min was trying to take a syringe from that shelf." Da Eun quickly said.
"How would you know he was trying to take the syringe, he was probably trying to hold onto something." Min Ho said.
"I'd know If someone was trying to take or hold onto something, look very well, he almost got it before Byeong.....Byeong Ho dragged him." Da Eun said pointing to the screen.
"She's quite right, it seems like he was trying to take something and the only thing there was the syringe." Ji Hye said.
"Zoom it." Da Eun said and Kim Jin zoomed it.
"There's a liquid in it." Geu Roo said looking closer.
"That's not green..."
Da Eun interrupted Kim Jin's words. "It's red but what would he want to use a syringe containing red liquid for?"
"Probably to inject Byeong Ho with it." Min Ho said looking at the others.
"Ahhhhhhh....." Byeong Ho screamed in pain.
"Byeong Ho!!!" Da Eun cried. "Stop him, that will hurt him."
"Don't stop him, let him try to remember." Min Ho held Kim Jin who was already going to hold Byeong Ho.
"Are you crazy, he might die if he forces himself to remember." Da Eun was already crying but Ji Hye held her back.
"It is better he bears the pain and remembers it now than for him to live like this for the rest of his life." Min Ho said.
"Ahhhhh..." With that last scream, Byeong Ho fainted.
Da Eun quickly rushed to him. "Byeong Ho, Byeong Ho wake up, Byeong Ho."
"Hmmm." Byeong Ho groaned.
Da Eun quickly wiped her tears. "Byeong Ho you are alright, oh thank goodness."
"Do you remember anything?" Min Ho asked.
"Are you sick, he almost died and you are asking him questions immediately he regained consciousness?, he isn't going to answer you." Da Eun angrily said.
"I do remember something." Byeong Ho softly said.
