Alfonso and Fiona struggled to sit confidently among the shareholders, who were muttering amongst themselves about the director's seat.

Almost all of these shareholders were clearly ignorant about the happenings in the elders' council, but it didn't stop the anxiety intensifying at every turn, in their belly—probably because Zack and Herbert were present.

The duo were regarding them as the scum of the earth, and several sensitive shareholders were beginning to notice.

"Alfonso, it's obvious that your daughter might take the seat. Isn't she Ewan's fiancée? And didn't she study business administration at university? Surely, she must be good at something apart from being Ewan's fiancée…"
