"She is a devil…!" Cerise said.

"Shh! It's okay now. Let's head to my chambers so we can talk," I said as I took her arms and pulled her with me to my room. 

We got her some refreshments, and we made her feel very comfortable while providing her with phony friendly care.

"And who exactly is the devil?" I was curious.

She paused there, looking at me as if she came here for the food rather than the fake care that we pretended to give her. I gave her the signal to proceed, and she acknowledged it with another nod of her own.

The majority of the time, I find myself wondering if this fae has all of her senses because if she does, she would not be acting this childishly. However, I had to force myself to ignore these thoughts in order to have her reveal who my adversary is.

"Lana!" She said before going back to eating her meal.
