Chapter 87: Haircut time with Lady Governess

In the governess's manor, Lady Beaufort hummed a low melody as she washed her face. She stretched out her hand, and a towel was placed in her palm. The woman was having the best time of her day, as she removed the coif covering her hair, then took off a wig, revealing her bald scalp. The next moment, she pushed her finger into her nose and closed her eyes.

"Must feel good," a voice said from behind, and the woman nodded.

"So good," she muttered, pushing her finger deeper into her nose, then brought her hand down and wiped it on her dress. The woman moved her head to the side. She was certain the voice that had spoken was a man's voice, but all her servants were young girls brought by their parents for her to train.

Also, none of them dared to speak. Raising her face properly, her gaze fell on the mirror and the tall figure standing behind her.

"Argh!" the woman shrieked, turning around but almost crashing into the mirror.
