Chapter 468: The Last Offer

"You want me to leave?" Cedric stared at Alex who looked agitated for some reason. "But I thought we were going to visit the grave of my sister tomorrow." his voice was filled with pain and suffering as if he felt hurt by the sudden outburst of Alex.

"You asked Aurora to leave with you." Alex looked at his uncle coldly. He was trying hard to decipher the actions of Cedric. 

Most of the time Cedric just sits in his room with all the lights off. He takes a walk in the garden sometimes and talks to the flowers. He looked so lonely and desolate that Alex felt guilty to keep an eye on him.

Rest of the time, he will go and visit Aurora and spend a good time with her. She looked happy again and had started to respond normally. He visited a few times with his father too but it was only because his father summoned him and they only fought in a cold or loud voice.
