Chapter 345: She Was Taken Away

"I did not understand why are you following me here?" Ophelia asked with a frown as she stared at Tavern who had been walking with her for an hour.

She was not even doing anything special but working on minor things like buying groceries from the market and a few other things Lia had to bring from the market.

She just wanted to help and she knew that she was not good with household tasks, so she chose this.

"I am on my holiday so I did not have much work. I thought it would be better to take a walk and see how much capital had changed." she stared at him with a raised brow as she was having trouble in digesting that.

Though he was not wearing armor anymore or trying to look leisurely, she had never seen Tavern in a carefree attitude. He is always so cold and rigid.

"So, are you here to enjoy your holidays?" he nodded without a second when she chuckled.
