Hoping to escape his murderous past, Ryoji Dragomir Kazama pretends to be a transfer (or exchange) student in hopes of enrolling into Surwick-Mid-World's most elite school for Heroes. He saved the life of a girl named Akina Willoby, who is currently a student there.
In Surwick, he will face challengers like he has never experienced, to feel the pressure coming on him.
He will have to do his very best in hopes of impressing Principal Lino-the Number One Hero in the N.U.S.N. and America.
What he actually doesn't know is that the Surwick is actually teaching the kids on how to become soldiers!
