Chapter 29: XXIX. Last Evening Together.

The family of three kept walking through the grassless way, more by the like of walking rather than having a goal place. The five-year-old Vanilla was ten feet ahead, running and collecting grass, flowers, and weeds on her way.

"You are still as your five-year-old version. Excitable about the things you like." The man spoke. They advanced to the couple, walking next to their right, ethereal and inexistent to them.

"I'd almost ask how you know about me but this must be some dream. Of course, a person created by my mind is going to know that."

"You are still thinking this is a dream?" The man chuckled. "Give me your hand." He halted and stretched his arm to Vanilla, with his hand open.

She stopped too, looking at him in confusion. "What for?"

"I'm gonna give you a gift. When you return to your world you'll know that everything you've seen here does belong to another reality."
