Chapter 405: Warning To Gudea

"It's alright, Your Majesty," one of the brothers said quickly, correcting the statement Gudea had failed to make.

"I'm glad to hear that…" Ruby said. "Why I called you all here was to know your intent with the land the prince had awarded you with. Please, enlighten me," Ruby said with a feigned smile on her face. Her green eyes remained cold and direct. But her small mouth stretched into a small smile that was obviously plastic.

The Midnight Brother who spoke turned to look at Gudea. It was his turn to answer the complicated question the queen just asked. The man even took some steps backward, as if giving Gudea the floor to go ahead with the response.

Gudea cleared his throat. "Y-Your Majesty…" he began, "The reason we build that temple is for nothing else than the worship of the dark prince."
