Chapter 330: Ling's Reason

Sir Mester left the queen's chambers and Dyon went ahead to tell Simms to prepare her things for the trip.

"You are not traveling anywhere though..." Dyon said. "I'm sure you were following the discussion word for word…"

Simms glared at the queen. She had not been paying close attention until she heard her name being called.

"No, My queen I-I thought I was going to be traveling to the-"

Dyon took a long breath in and slapped her forehead with her hand. "Am I sure I'm making the right decision sending you out of the palace grounds?"

In a frantic movement, Simms yelled; "Yes!"

She had flung the shawl that was in her hands and had rushed to where the queen was. When she gathered herself and realized how she had reacted, Simms looked down at her hands which her fondling each other, and said; "You made the right decision, my queen. I will do exactly as you say…"
