Chapter 106: Vol 1 : Let Me Take Care of You

When she arrived at the restaurant, Aiden immediately greeted her with a warm hug, "I miss you, Fay baby."

Faye returned her father's hug, but instead of answering her father's words, she muttered, "Denis ..."

"Denis ...?"

What does that have to do with Denis?

Faye realized that her words didn't make sense. She was too worried about Denis, who was sick and alone at home, until she didn't realize what she was hugging was her father, "Sorry, Pa. I miss you too, Papa."

"Denis ...?" Aiden let go of his arms, looking for the whereabouts of his son-in-law, "Where is he?"

"Denis is sick, Papa," Faye said gloomily, "he's sick, shivering with cold."

"Did you give him medicine?" Aiden asked.

"Not yet, but I've sent a message to him where my medicine box is," explained Faye.

"I see. It looks like Papa failed to do it today," said Aiden.

Faye raised an eyebrow, "What failed, Papa?"
