Chapter 12: constructing Biowomb
After a whole days of merging and adding, he had finally finished adding his final piece.
His current form was; large ball of flesh with three beautiful white tentacles (the original tentacle),four earthworm tentacles, four black hammerhead worm tentacle, another three slim horsehair worm tentacles and lastly the four leech tentacles yet he didn't stop there.
And amongst all the eighteen tentacles,the tip or head of ten were modified into sharp forms. He had merged two with a complete set of large ant pincer each,then another two with two pairs of medium sized pincer each, another two with a single pair of small sized ant pinchers, then another two with singers from large wasps and hornet's each, another two were merged with horned beetles sharp sword like horns each.
Then it changed from weapons to shield, as four of the tentacles body were covered in armor from beetles and other strong shields creatures, though the were left with few cracks and opening here and there.
As for the last four, which were one from the white tentacles, one from the earthworm tentacles,one from leach and lastly one from the hammer head. He left them unmodified.
Calling him a weird eldritch flesh octopus wouldn't be an insult at this point yet he didn't think too much of it.
Using his all his parasitic tentacles to suck out the life force of the remaining worms, while he used the leech tentacles suck out the moisture from all present worms. Afterall his new form was filled with parts the required large amount of moisture to function and the moisture in his body isn't going to be enough to sustain them indefinitely. For that reason he had used some of the leeches to create a large organ inside his body to store water and distribute it across his body, basically a water sack.
Leeches were elastic creature and would suck blood till they had turned into ball like forms, this characteristics makes it the perfect candidate for a water sack organ.
Then using the hammerhead tentacles, he quickly swallowed two large earthworm corpse while leaving the others for the ants to throw into the lake water.
And after filling himself with life force,moisture and worm meat, he summoned his beetle pulled chariot and entered.
He quickly ride around the lake, stopping upon reaching the other side of the lakes circler body.
Then from the back he started calculating something with his gaze.
'thanks to the raids I have enough materials on and a now that I have necessary limbs and tools, I can now finally put this project into light' he thought.
'and I was lucky enough for my army to be able to Capture those two before they started laying eggs or they would have been annoying eyesores to handle. But they are also the perfect material for this project to produce better results' he thought as he started returning to resting area.
Afterwards he ordered the ants to retrieve the geckos corpse which the spider died a great job preserving.
Then then he made put it at the edge of the lake, close enough that a little push would course it to fall into the lake.
Then he quickly evacuated everything leaving thing close to the lake,putting the puppet queens in cells and blocking the entrance while he send all the ants outside. leaving only himself, his rides and newly made puppet which was a horned dung beetle.
What makes this puppet special was that he had specifically search for it for this very purpose.
Sending a mental instruction to the horned dung beetle, he quickly ride to the other end of the large room, being as close as possible to the exit while four door heads were outside surrounding a large rock which would be used to close the exit once he exits the room, in case another violent mutation happens.
Sensing that it's master was far enough, the horned dung beetle selflessly pushed the gecko into the lake water.
And it immediately started boiling, submerging the geckos completely into the water yet not so deep It wouldn't be seen.
During the first half a minute the lake did nothing but boil,
but after that mark passed the lake started releasing small tiny bubbles which flew everywhere.
The horned dung beetle had also been calles back during this time, so non of the bubbles touched any living thing and instead hit the ceiling after flying high enough and got absorbed by the earth.
Looking at the results, he was thankful yet regretful about nothing happening.
'I'll start the forging two days from now' he thought
And as soon as daybreak arrived two days after, he immediately started working.
Making the ants bring everything in the cell that was still alive to the hideout while throwing all the dead ones in the lake water.
'now to start' he thought as he looked at all the different large sized inserts, from queen class types to those of similar class in insects that have no colonies.
He had wiped out all their consciousness.
First he cut open the queen insect bodies and start removing all organs that are not necessary for the survival of the insect, basically removing the organs the insects can survive without.
Also he didn't remove the reproductive organs of the insects.
During this process of dissecting and removing, only three insects died those being two sub queen termites and a honey queen.
Though this insects were the most popular in number here, so it wasn't considered a loss.
After cutting them open and removing the unnecessary stuff,then he started connecting all the insect bodies together with flesh tubes made from body of worms of different sizes, this worms weren't the first ones he captured but new batch which he had sent the ants to capture during midnight towards morning.
After joining all the parts together, he then stretch one of his leech tentacle into the lake which he had purposefully chosen close to be at as location for his project and suck lake water into it without sending it into his body.
He instead would spree the lake water over the now large lump of parts which was over twenty times his size.
Then he waited for the parts to merge and heal.
Then he resumed as his work wasn't over yet.
Such a large bodied complex organism would have to many unnecessary needs in its body, as it had many stomach, hearts,brains and other such necessary parts.
What he was doing was basically merging all the mother insects to make a single organism, originally it was necessary for the insect(s) to have those body parts but after they all started sharing a (single) body having so many parts would do more harm then good, possibly leading to a short lifespan because of a confused body system.
So he had to truly make this a real single organism and to do that he removed all their stomach and instead made five large different stomachs spread in a formation with four of the stomachs surrounding a much larger main stomach.
This would help distribute energy throughout the body and keep the organism healthy and have a easier life.
Then he stuck his unmodified tentacles into the organism body while he removed all the hearts in the body.
And while he was removing the hearts he was using 'his' own hearts to help the large organism circulation blood.
Normally,this shouldn't be possible as his heart was too small to be able to circulate blood for his body and a body over twenty times larger than his own at same time.
But he had made preparation for this ahead of time. Not only does each and every one of his tentacles have dozens of hearts each thanks to being worms and the likes but he had gone through great effort to create a large artificial heart adding to his body.
This heart was so big it was comparable to a human implanting the heart of a horse in their body.
He had forcedly shutdown the heart temporarily because of it power.
This heart was made from body parts of earthworm,leech and hammer head worms together and had be soaked in the lake water to blend them completely together. For a heart to work properly it would have to be able to contract and relax itself, and what is better at contracting and relaxing than worms.
He had personal used all his remaining time after he had thrown the geckos corpse into the lake to make this heart(s)...he had all together made ten larger ones, twice as big as the one in his chest and fifteen smaller ones, with the one in his chest being one of them.
And now he had awaken the heart. And it immediately started contracting and relaxing at great force. although it was said he shut it down but the truth is he simply made it work at ten percent it's normal capacity and not made it stop working entirely,as that would kill the heart.
At this moment even with the heart's great capacity and power, he felt as though his body was breaking as he forceful used his body as a heart for the large body of the organism and all the organism blood which had not completely mixed together from their separate forms was pumping through his body and back into the body of the organism at great force.
His body almost passed out from the pressure concentration and if he was a human being he would have died of struck and cardiac arrest, that is if his heat didn't immediately explode before that.
With his great mentality which has been strengthen by the mind marbles and his vaste thought sea, he forcefully managed to remain awake.
With concentration he implanted the ten large hearts and the remaining fourteen Smaller.
While he implanted the hearts one by one, he was feeling the pressure on his body reduce slowly but surely.
And when he implanted the second to last heart, he had felt the pressure completely disappeared and after finally implanting the last heart he could feel the blood flow decrease slightly.
Then he disconnected himself from the organisms body.
Next he would have to remove the excess amount of brain's,which means removing all the attached heads from the organism body.
Then he removed all the insects brains by removing their entire head, leaving behind only a single one.
This one becoming the main and only brain of the organism, but unlike the other heads which he had left to hang around the outer body of the organism, he had instead left the last head inside the organism body being far from outside and protected inside it's own body.
then he repeated the process of removing with some other parts necessary to be removed.
Then he used the lake water to completely blend the parts together and heal the injured areas.
Then he gave five extremely large tentacles to the organism. This tentacles were different from the single worm tentacles he had himself, as there were made from merging hammerhead worms and leaches, each tentacles are made of multiple hammar head worm and leeches.
This tentacles were different from the normal ones in another aspect. Inside each and every one of them were large amounts of nerve cells joining and interlinking like wire or vain structure.
Each and ever one of the nerves have branches to connect to other nerves and make a massive web network leading into the organism and heading straight to its 'brain' and connecting with it.
After another shower of lake water and an few hours of leaving the organism to adapt to its body, the organism had come completely into being.
Looking straight at this new being, he was impressed by his creativity even with his limited equipment. Although the form of the creature looked hideous and thought turning,he was proud no less. Yet this feeling of accomplishment quickly disappeared faster than it appeared.
'And now, to test it out, after all its only truly complete if it works it's function' he thought as he override consciousness of the organism completely and created another set of permanent orders and rules.
This process was like programming new commands and responses into the creatures physiology.
