I like the premise. I like your story design and characters that has similar properties to nen with army building and kingdom building added to the mix. If the writing quality improves then I'll give it a Five Star. For now I'll give 4 and a half stars for good quality. Overall a good read.

It is really good! I recommend reading if you are a fan of nen-like power systems. The "isekai" part is done quite interesting and it gives a fusion of the two personalities (from what I can tell). The MC actually uses his knowledge to improve his subordinates strength, though I am a bit unsure if they are going to betray him (which annoys me, since it differs from author to author) but he certainly won't be backstabbed by the few people really close to him. Waiting for more chapters!
